My mission is to support individuals who find themselves caught in patterns of overthinking - those persistent thought loops that affect clarity, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
I specialise in helping analytical, detail-oriented, and technically minded individuals overcome the cognitive patterns that keep them stuck. If you find yourself caught in these patterns, you are not alone (recovering overthinker here!).
​When I began coaching, I was struck by how many smart, capable people were limiting themselves - not through lack of skill or ambition - but by overthinking. It often stems from strengths like intelligence, thoroughness, and a drive for clarity and certainty. But when thoughts start running the show, they can stall progress and drain energy.
That realisation led me to Acceptance and Commitment Coaching (ACC), and I now help clients develop psychological flexibility - the ability to stay present, unhook from unhelpful thoughts, and take meaningful action aligned with their values, even in the face of discomfort.
